Appilime
Appilime is a productivity app with a focus environment and task features like To-Dos List, Expenses tracker, Timer, Weather, BTC and ETH crypto prices and a game. Depending on your mood, you can change the theme and all the app will show a different style and the music playlist will also change accordingly.
This was the final project of the Ironhack's Web Developer Bootcamp. It was built using HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, axios, React Context, Services, React Router, leaflet, iframe, React Player, React Spinners, React Hooks like useState, useEffect, useContext, useRef and a complete MERN stack. As a recommendation from our teacher, I decided to build my app fully responsive, so we can use it on any screen. Here’s an example with an iPhone XR:
This project is divided into two repositories, client-side and server. So far it was the most challenging project I've built. I feel proud to be able to put all these technologies together and code something from zero. I will keep working on this project since there are features that I would like to implement in the future.
Appilime was selected as one of the finalists among the projects from all Web Development Bootcamps. I presented the app in the Hackshow, Ironhack's prestigious event to celebrate all the finalists from each course 🏆
